Until now the Desert Forktail in Arizona had not been found later than 22 November (http://azdragonfly.org/news/desert-forktail-ischnura-barberi-pinal-co-az...). Extending the known flight period of the species, several individuals - four of which shown below - were observed on 13 December 2017 at the Gilbert Higley Road Ponds.
